If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will need to let me know 24hrs before your appointment time. If you let me know after the 24hr period there will be a charge of 30% of the services scheduled. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 mins late you will be rescheduled & charged 30% of the services that day. No call/No show will result in a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. Clients under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by parent/guardian.
